Leong accumulated more than 15 years of experience in software development and infrastructure deployment. He obtained PhD Computer Science (Multi-Cloud Infrastructure) in 2013. He spent the past 7 years on Multi-Cloud infrastructure development. He currently serves as a Senior Software Cloud Architect for Intel Open Source Technology Center. Prior to that, he was a Principal Software Engineer for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, working for the next-generation Cloud platform project. He also led the engineering team of a few start-up companies in Singapore and Silicon Valley. His primary interest is to build an Enterprise-grade Multi-Cloud platform.
